The World Utilities Congress 2022 opens in Abu Dhabi

The World Utilities Congress 2022 began today and runs until 11th May at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). It will focus on proactive measures for decarbonization, reducing carbon emissions, and attracting long-term capital investment needed for a sustainable future. Trends, technologies and innovations affecting future demand levels for water supplies and energy sources will be discussed.

The World Utilities Congress 2022 opens in Abu DhabiOver 10,000 utility professionals will attend to discuss relevant topics, such as low carbon power and water supply. It is held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office. TAQA also hosts the global exhibition that brings together more than 200 speakers from the utility sector, over 1,000 representatives of participating parties, and more than 50 technical and strategic discussions.
